How do you tell your parents you're a sex addict? - starting my on counseling practice

I am a sex addict. It has destroyed my relationships with friends and lovers. It has an adverse effect on everyday life. I'm at school at the school where the sex ratio 120:1 is. I am a 1st It starts really out of control. I was often told by my colleagues that my behavior was out of hand. I practice chastity, obedience to God, but it is so hard to undo 7 years of sin. I may seek advice, assistance, but simply can not finance with my boy to college. So, with my parents in the east of me is achievable. How do I tell my parents that there is a self-destructive sex addict!? Any tips?
