I am very worried because they have already started to sell them. If you are drawn by hand, I was still a license ????????????? PLEASE HELP. If by hand.

Well, it depends on where and how to sell. I would say probably not. If you have a, probably you can find and tell you. No big deal. If you really want to know, call the Chamber of Commerce in your town, they know the business in your area or if they know who to call. I would not say to someone when I speak bureaucrats is a bad idea in general. You can always think of ways to spoil something, even if the law does not apply to try to interpret that way. They are basically holes in the business of government, should be avoided whenever possible.
